Or they just want to read about what was discussed. So I decided to put together a written summary. This post is inspired by Samipunch and his summaries of the DFK AMA’s. I was surprised at her high standards for quality and value provided. She doesn’t proceed with an idea unless it truly benefits others. I also liked her take on SEO.

In this short newsletter, I share the most interesting things that I’ve read, heard, and/or watched over the past week. What I’ve Read: Simple and Sinister | Pavel Tsatsouline My old training routine was getting stale. Therefore, I wanted to find a new one that was straightforward and highly effective. After some internet research (Google), I found Simple and Sinister. This routine calls for 10 sets of 10 kettlebell swings followed by 10 sets of Turkish get ups.

What I’ve Read: How to Want Less This is a fascinating article on why people always want more. The author does a great job exploring the subject with various examples including homeostasis and addiction. I liked that the piece ended with suggestions on how to get off the hedonic treadmill and want less.

In this short newsletter, I share the most interesting things that I’ve read, heard, and/or watched over the past week. What I’ve Read: AXS & RON Issuance I balanced my crypto portfolio this past week as we entered a new financial quarter. During the process, I grew curious about the stability of AXS and RON reward rates. So I dug into the Axie white paper and Ronin lite paper. I was surprised to find that the reward rate for AXS is stable until June 2025.

What I’ve Tried: Walken Walken is a move to earn app available on iOS and Android. The game is also free to play. Walken gives you a CAThlete when you first sign up. In the current stage of the game, this Pokemon inspired pet can only only do two things, level up and go on races.
