Leon’s List is a weekly post about waiver wire players I’m keeping an eye on.

Matt Breida (RB - LAR)

Saquon Barkley is out at least three weeks with an ankle sprain. Matt Breida is the next man up for the Giants. Breida might not put up Saquon numbers but he will get lots of opportunities.

Jayden Reed (WR - GB)

Jayden Reed was targeted 13 times over the first 2 weeks. He came up big last week with a two touchdown game. This rookie is more of a stash play as there are a lot of mouths to feed in Green Bay, especially when Christian Watson returns from injury.

Tank Dell (WR - HOU)

Tank Dell is another promising rookie. He led the team with 10 targets last week. He turned those looks into 7 catches for 72 yards and a touchdown. I can see the Texans playing catch up often in games. This leads to more chances for Tank and the rest of the Houston receivers.

Jake Ferguson (TE - DAL)

Jake Ferguson was in 72% and 60% of the offensive snaps these past two weeks. He leads the other tight ends on this team by a wide margin.

The Dallas defense has been great. As a result, the offense hasn’t been asked to do much. But I believe Ferguson will be involved when the offense is asked to put up points.

Zach Ertz (TE - ARI)

I wrote off the Cardinals offense at the beginning of the year due to questions at the quarterback position. But Josh Dobbs has been decent. I particularly like Zach Ertz’s volume. 18 targets with 12 catches and 77 yards in two games.
